Team Alpha

Adam has an M.B.A. from the University of Utah. Under his leadership, Alpha has had a considerable expansion of the Alpha brand, and he continues to grow the capabilities and services of the company. Adam has a long and distinguished history with Team Alpha, joining the company in 1995 as a driver and working through many key positions before being promoted into a corporate leadership position. Few others have an in-depth knowledge of how a transport company should work, which translates into his approach to operations, relationships, and innovation. Eric began working for Team Alpha in 2009. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, majoring in accounting. Before working for Alpha, he was the Assistant Controller for Walker Oil Pleasant Grove, Utah, and Alpine Homes Draper, Utah.

Jeanette brings a strong foundation in petroleum industry commercial strategy, customer development, and brand growth. She held six progressive marketing roles at Sinclair Oil before applying her strategic leadership as co-founder of Bringit Travel, an innovative service awarded the SLC International Airport RFP as its first luggage vendor. At Alpha Transport, Jeanette strengthens business development efforts, deepens customer relationships, identifies new market growth opportunities, and leads initiatives to expand the Alpha brand and culture both internally and externally.

Ben joined Alpha Transport as our Fleet and Shop Maintenance Manager in April of 2018. Ben has spent over 35 years in the tank, trailer, fabrication, and repair industry. He has worked as a journeyman tank and trailer mechanic, an ASME certified welder, registered inspector, and quality control manager. He has held multiple supervisory, sales, and management positions in Utah, Nevada, and California. His knowledge and experience in the industry have made Ben an asset to the Alpha team.

Brent joined Alpha Transport in December of 2022 as our Director of Health, Safety and Environment. Brent has been in the trucking industry for over 26 years and has held many different roles. Before Joining team Alpha, he served as a Regional Safety Manager for Navajo Express, a Terminal Safety Consultant for Swift Transportation, as well as worked as a driver for many years. Brent proudly served in the Utah Army National Guard, including a tour of duty in Afghanistan. His many diverse roles in the trucking industry, coupled with his military experience, are a welcome addition to the Alpha Transport team.

Tineka Hardwrick brings over 20 years of HR expertise to Alpha Transport, blending strategic leadership with a people-first approach and a passion for creating positive workplace cultures where people can grow and thrive. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and is certified as an SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Certified Plan Sponsor. Throughout her career, Tineka has led award-winning programs, expanded HR teams, and championed leadership development initiatives that elevate workplace culture. She believes in creating environments where people feel valued, empowered, and excited to contribute. Originally from Detroit, Tineka brings her passion and drive from the Motor City to Alpha Transport. When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and indulging in a good reality TV binge. Her approach to HR?
